Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to drive sales, production and profitability while ensuring top-tier customer service within a steady regulatory framework.

The role requires strategic leadership, team development, and strong client relationships. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage budgeted expenses, and uphold First Horizon standards in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Must meet regulatory and licensing requirements (S.A.F.E. Act background credit check).

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of the banking center, coaching and managing the team to execute initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk controls and ethics standards.
• Lead operational excellence and manage expenses in the banking center.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
