Job summary

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health seeks a detail-oriented Case Manager to support prelitigation. You will open claims, update treatment progress, and draft settlement-related documents, ensuring accurate file maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating with medical providers, insurers, and adjusters, delivering monthly client updates, and performing backup admin tasks as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years in legal work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in the legal field.
• 1 year in the personal injury sector preferred but not required.
• Spanish preferred but not Required.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage case files and ensure timely progression.
• Coordinate client intake, insurance setup, and initial assessment.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence with cost information.
• Maintain accurate client records and monthly updates to clients.
• Coordinate third-party medical and insurance providers and liens.
• Document all work in Neos and generate monthly reports.
• Provide backup support for front office and administrative tasks.
