Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to oversee personal injury cases from intake through the pre-litigation phase. You will be the main client contact, gather information, and support attorneys with strategy development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Case Manager or similar role in personal injury law.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, case management processes, and pre-litigation procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase.
• Communicate case updates and gather information from clients.
• Conduct detailed reviews of personal injury cases to assess liability and damages.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and action plans.
• Organize and manage case documentation, including medical records and police reports.
• Communicate with insurance companies and opposing parties to negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate exchange of information between all parties involved.
• Review and organize medical records and bills related to injuries.
• Advocate for clients to protect their rights during pre-litigation.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and present demand packages.
• Track case progression and provide regular updates to attorneys.
