Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Treasury Management Sales/Services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Preferred Banker team to manage full client life cycle and promote bank products.
• Oversee distribution of work, cross-train, and report on productivity and turnaround times.
• Ensure SLAs for sales, service, risk management, compliance, audit soundness, and efficiency are met.
• Monitor team performance and support career progression and client support.
• Create and execute data-driven strategic initiatives with internal departments.
• Hire, coach, and develop the team.
