Job summary

Sikla USA, Inc. in Suwanee, GA, seeks a Technical Project Coordinator/ Specialist to bridge Customer Service, Engineering, PM, Operations, and Warehouse with a strong prefab and cutting focus. You will translate requirements into BOMs, drawings, and fabrication-ready packages for production teams.

The role requires drafting capability, commercial understanding, and proactive coordination across departments to ensure accurate solutions and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction docs.
• Hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience for shop drawings.
• Advanced Excel skills for BOMs, data validation, and calculations.
• Experience with ERP systems and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between Customer Service, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations for prefab and cutting-related orders.
• Interpret inquiries, RFQs, drawings, and specs to develop technical solutions.
• Validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support quotation/costing processes.
• Create/modify shop drawings using AutoCAD when Sikla drawings aren’t available.
• Ensure technical docs (drawings, BOMs, cut lists) are complete before order release.
• Translate customer requirements into fabrication-ready packages for production teams.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to support efficient execution.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Maintain project data in ERP to ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to Customer Service and Sikla team members.
