Job summary

BBSI West Valley is seeking a Fabrication Design Coordinator to serve as the key link between Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You will help streamline processes, manage orders, and maintain quality across production for custom prosthetic and orthotic products.

The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple departments, tracking materials, resolving delays, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining organized records and using order-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Inventory management or order-tracking experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Prosthetic or orthotic industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Fabrication, Production, Customer Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Track orders and materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Help identify and resolve production or order delays.
• Maintain accurate information throughout the production process.
• Support communication between departments.
• Help maintain quality standards for custom prosthetic and orthotic products.
• Monitor and follow up on orders and materials.
• Utilize computer systems and order-tracking tools.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in process improvements and required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
