Job summary

Sikla USA, Inc. in Suwanee, GA, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator/Specialist who will bridge Customer Service, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams with a strong focus on prefab and cutting projects.

The role requires drafting capabilities, BOM expertise, and coordination across departments to ensure accurate solutions and efficient project execution. On-site work in Suwanee Buford area with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical drawings and construction docs.
• Advanced Excel skills for BOM structuring and data validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in American English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison between departments for prefab and cutting orders.
• Create/modify shop drawings using AutoCAD when standard drawings are unavailable.
• Create and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support quotation and costing.
• Translate customer requirements into fabrication-ready packages for production teams.
• Maintain and update project data within ERP for data integrity.
• Support process improvements and quality assurance initiatives.
