Job summary

Sikla USA, Inc. seeks a Technical Project Coordinator/Specialist in Suwanee, GA to bridge Customer Service, Engineering, Project Management, Operations and Warehouse teams. You will focus on prefab and cutting projects, translating inquiries into fabrication-ready solutions and ensuring accurate drawings, BOMs and documentation.

You will support quote-to-order processes, drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance across teams to enable timely, quality project execution.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings, mechanical layouts, and project specs.
• Excel BOM structuring, calculations, data validation.
• Experience with ERP systems and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical liaison across departments for prefab and cutting orders.
• Interpret inquiries and drawings to develop accurate technical solutions.
• Create/validate BOMs and shop drawings; ensure complete documentation prior to order release.
• Translate requirements into fabrication-ready packages for warehouse/production teams.
