Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Product Support Manager for the Space Systems Group in Colorado Springs to lead predictive maintenance, reliability analysis, and lifecycle sustainment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance at time of application and ability to obtain SAP clearance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience analyzing data sets or performance metrics.
Strong analytic, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and analytic platforms.
Ability to report to Colorado Springs, full-time.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular monitoring of system performance, sensor data, high-volume logs, and maintenance records.
Support development, refinement, and testing of predictive maintenance models.
Lead trend analysis, root cause analysis, and failure mode assessments.
Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for program leadership.
Perform RM&S assessments and recommend improvements to sustainment processes.
Draft and maintain product support documentation and lifecycle artifacts.
