Qualifications

• US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance at time of application with ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data sets or performance metrics
• Strong analytic, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities
• Competency in preparing formal reports, presentations, or documentation
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and analytic platforms
• Ability to report to designated work location in Colorado Springs, up to full time, based on the needs of the customer

Responsibilities

• The Product Support Manager executes predictive maintenance, reliability analysis, and lifecycle sustainment activities with moderate independence.
• This role analyzes equipment performance, supports model development, conducts failure analysis, and delivers actionable maintenance recommendations.
• The analyst collaborates effectively across engineering, logistics, and operations teams to enhance system readiness and reduce downtime.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for program leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, logistics, field service, and program teams.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with sustainment standards.
