Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis (SPA) is seeking a Product Support Manager - Junior/Journeyman for the Space Systems Group in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on predictive maintenance, reliability analysis, and lifecycle sustainment, collaborating across engineering, logistics, and operations to improve system readiness and reduce downtime.

The candidate will analyze equipment performance, support model development, perform failure analysis, and deliver actionable maintenance recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance (ability to obtain SAP)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ≥3 years of related experience
• Experience analyzing data sets or performance metrics
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in preparing formal reports, presentations, or documentation
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, and analytic platforms
• Ability to report to Colorado Springs location full-time as required

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular monitoring of system performance, sensor data, high-volume logs, and maintenance records
• Support development, refinement, and testing of predictive maintenance models
• Lead trend analysis, root cause analysis, and failure mode assessments
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for program leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering, logistics, field service, and program teams
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with sustainment standards
