Job summary

Radley James is seeking a talented Trader to join its Prediction Markets team in New York City. You will monitor and trade real-time prediction markets across Kalshi, Polymarket and other venues, implementing strategies across sports, crypto, elections and weather.

You will be hands-on, improving the whole stack at the intersection of research, trading, market operations, and emerging markets. Expect wear-many-hats and occasional evening or weekend coverage for key events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maths, CS or similar from a reputable university.
• 2–7 years experience as a trader.
• Background in market making, statistical arbitrage, event-driven trading or similar.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills (probability, basic statistics).
• Demonstrated interest in prediction markets and active engagement in the space.
• Owner mentality; determined, ambitious yet collaborative and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and trade prediction markets in real time across Kalshi, Polymarket and other venues.
• Implement strategies across sports, crypto, elections and weather.
• Hands-on role; improve the whole stack across research, trading, market operations and emerging markets.
• Be flexible to cover major events, including evenings or weekends when needed.
