Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Operations/Growth lead for its Prediction Market team. The role focuses on growing user participation, liquidity, and market health while coordinating with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to launch new features and campaigns.

The role requires strong experience in operations or growth, familiarity with prediction markets, and fluency in Chinese and English. A remote-first, globally distributed work setup is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or growth roles.
• Understanding of Prediction Market products and user behavior is a plus.
• Familiar with liquidity management concepts.
• Ability to think across channels, growth, and conversion.
• Strong data sense and execution capability.
• Crypto/fintech or related fast-paced sectors is a plus.
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the operations strategy for the Prediction Market with growth focus.
• Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion.
• Design mechanisms to improve liquidity, trading activity, and user engagement.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and tech to launch features and campaigns.
• Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and optimize outcomes.
• Perform market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Build scalable operational frameworks and support team execution.
