Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager to own and scale liquidity across spot, derivatives, prediction markets, and tokenized RWAs. You will onboard and manage relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, and strategic partners globally.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationships.
• Direct experience covering or trading spot, derivatives, perps, prediction contracts, RWAs, tokenized products.
• Deep knowledge of traditional financial frameworks (FCM, DCM, DCO, MiFID II) and offshore crypto venues.
• Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade workflow exposure.
• Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with minute-level response times.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of liquidity provider relationships from prospecting to onboarding and optimization.
• Negotiate terms, fees, and SLAs with Tier-1/2 market makers, OTC desks, and liquidity providers.
• Monitor liquidity quality metrics and work with providers to improve execution.
• Onboard specialists for prediction markets and tokenized RWAs; build new institutional flow categories.
• Define liquidity strategies for prediction markets and RWAs; onboard issuers and broker-dealers.
• Collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal for onboarding and regulatory alignment.
