You will drive platform growth, liquidity, and user onboarding while coordinating with product, risk, and support teams to maintain efficiency and controlled risk.

This role requires 5+ years in crypto or fintech, deep knowledge of fiat payment channels, and strong data analysis. Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
5+ years in crypto exchanges, fintech, banking, or payments.
Strong understanding of fiat on/off-ramp workflows and cross-market regulations.
Ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive and manage P2P platform growth, users, liquidity, and order success.
Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, and support teams to ensure efficiency and risk control.
Navigate regulatory environments across markets to support fiat on/off-ramp expansion.
Monitor indicators like spread competitiveness, success rates, and fraud patterns.
Provide actionable insights to inform strategy, product roadmaps, and expansion plans.
