DPR Construction in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a senior Preconstruction Manager to lead a team and drive accurate estimating, budgeting and scheduling for complex projects.

You will collaborate across design, engineering, procurement and field operations to integrate constructability reviews, value engineering and risk assessment, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality preconstruction services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating or project management.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of preconstruction professionals.
• Direct preparation and validation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement for constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Oversee bid packages and ensure compliance with standards and client expectations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate complex project risks and communicate strategies to clients.
• Support negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and strategize with involvement of SPW and Family of Companies in bid processes.
