Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or a related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of preconstruction professionals.
• Prepares and validates project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinates with design, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate constructability reviews and value engineering into preconstruction planning.
