DPR Construction is seeking a senior preconstruction leader in Durham, NC. You will manage and grow the preconstruction team, drive accurate estimating, value engineering, and risk assessment to support informed project decisions.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and bid packages, collaborating with design, engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure constructability and on-time delivery. Strong communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, project management, or related field; 1–2 years in a managerial role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops a team of preconstruction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
• Directs preparation and validation of estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering and procurement to integrate constructability reviews and VE.
• Oversee bid packages, ensure standards and client expectations are met.
• Identify and mitigate complex project risks; communicate strategies to clients.
