Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager or related.
• Ability to manage cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects across locations.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure regulatory compliance, permitting, and approvals.
• Lead site selection, design management, and preconstruction activities for industrial projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cashflow forecasting across preconstruction projects.
• Perform conceptual estimating and pricing reviews; negotiate costs with developers and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for entitlements and procurement.
