Reeves Young seeks a Precon Manager to lead preconstruction efforts in the Atlanta area. You will drive bid development, manage client and design-team relationships, and coordinate multi-disciplinary takeoffs and estimates.

You will also mentor Preconstruction Engineers, learn and apply multiple software tools, and ensure adherence to company policies and workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration and accuracy in project planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction estimation and bid development.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and related docs.
• Willingness to learn and apply multiple software tools in project work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to robust Preconstruction team by winning bids and increasing profitability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Participate in quantity takeoff processes and perform conceptual takeoffs.
• Read and comprehend project drawings, specs, and related documentation.
• Identify labor, material and time requirements to create Project Information documents and assign scopes.
