Qualifications

• Produces project estimates and value management within required timelines.
• Provides preconstruction project management including client and design team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Win bids and increase profitability for projects.
• Cultivate relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors and business partners.
• Participate in quantity takeoff and conceptual level takeoffs.
• Interpret drawings and specs to define project scope and requirements.
• Identify labor, material and time needs to create Project Information documents.
