Job summary

Interactive Resources LLC. is seeking a Precon Director to lead preconstruction and design-phase activities across multiple projects in Atlanta, GA.

You will provide strategic and technical leadership across estimating, procurement, scheduling, design coordination, risk management, and client engagement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 9+ years of experience leading teams in operations, preconstruction, estimating, procurement, scheduling, or supply chain.
• 5+ years of experience within construction management, general contracting, engineering, or architectural industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, pursuits, or preconstruction activities.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proven experience developing estimates, proposals, fee strategies, procurement plans, schedules, and project risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project delivery, estimating, procurement, and design-phase coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver results in complex project environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
