• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering and/or 5+ years related experience.
• Experience with estimating, design-build principles and preconstruction processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated in project teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interviews and preparation for negotiated bids, lead estimate/bid process meetings.
• Build relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for project pursuits.
• Track and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare qualifications aligned with contractual obligations and manage contract documentation.
• Assist in training staff and implement safety and EEO/Affirmative Action programs.
• Represent McCarthy at design and coordination meetings and support prequalification and RFQ responses.
