Vitality Group in Austin seeks a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase on complex commercial interior projects throughout Central Texas. You will guide estimating, budgeting, VE, procurement strategy, and client presentations from concept through turnover.

Collaboration with operations, architects and ownership teams is essential to establish a solid project foundation and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of precon experience preferably with a Top ENR GC.
• Strong preconstruction expertise from conceptual estimating through client presentations.

As the Senior Preconstruction Manager, you'll lead the precon process from initial client engagement through project turnover, overseeing conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, procurement strategy and client presentations. Working closely with operations, architects and ownership teams, you'll help establish the foundation for successful project delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of precon experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong preconstruction expertise from conceptual estimating through client presentations.
• Stable career progression with a reputation for leadership and delivering results.

Base salary starts at $150,000+, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentive opportunities, vehicle allowance and bonus potential.
