Job summary

Vitality Group in Austin seeks a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase on complex commercial interior projects throughout Central Texas. You will guide estimating, budgeting, VE, procurement strategy, and client presentations from concept through turnover.

Collaboration with operations, architects and ownership teams is essential to establish a solid project foundation and foster long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of precon experience preferably with a Top ENR GC.
• Strong preconstruction expertise from conceptual estimating through client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the precon process from initial client engagement through project turnover.
• Oversee conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, procurement strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, architects and ownership teams to support delivery and client relationships.
