Job summary

RockBridge Search & Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager in Spanish Fork, Utah. You will own the preconstruction process, develop budgets, and drive strategies to position the company for the right work.

You'll collaborate with owners, architects, engineers and leaders to craft competitive proposals, manage bid processes, and mentor the team as the department grows, delivering value from pursuit to project handoff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in construction, estimating, or preconstruction with increasing responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of means, methods, materials, sequencing and project delivery.
• Experience developing estimates and budgets.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full preconstruction process from pursuit through turnover.
• Review plans, specs, drawings, scopes, schedules, and documents.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed budgets.
• Coordinate estimating activity to ensure accurate, competitive estimates.
• Develop bid strategies and solicit pricing from subs and vendors.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
