Haydon in Phoenix seeks an administrative professional to support the Pre-Construction department's daily workflow, from bid documents to project setup. The role focuses on preparing bids, maintaining bidding tools, and coordinating with trade partners throughout preconstruction activities.

You will work with software like Building Connected, Viewpoint, and Procore, handle meeting logistics, and assist estimators with bid preparation and prequalification processing.

Qualificações

• 1+ years related experience in construction industry or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook; working knowledge of Viewpoint or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture.

Responsabilidades

• Support overall administrative requirements of the Pre-Construction department.
• Prepare bid documents and proposals.
• Maintain bidding software Building Connected; create bid invites and distribute documents.
• Assist with trade partner communications and prequalification processes.
• Process subcontracts, pay applications, and project documentation in Viewpoint/Procore.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and pre-bid meetings.
