• Team & Meeting Support: coordinate with estimators and keep bid calendar updated.
• Administrative & Strategic Support: assist Alarm/TI/Account Manager sales teams and back up Preconstruction.
• Workflow Efficiency: maintain organized handling of multiple projects and drive process improvements.
