Job summary

March of Dimes is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage professional continuing education activities aligned with the Ready for Life NC preconception health campaign. You will coordinate webinars, regional trainings, and enduring content with external partners.

You will research topics, recruit expert speakers in North Carolina, and develop targeted marketing strategies while supporting a statewide preconception health conference. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in health education or program coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• Knowledge of health education theories and reproductive/maternal health.
• Strong partnership building with diverse communities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate continuing education programs including live webinars and trainings.
• Research and develop program topics and identify expert speakers in NC.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies for professional education programs.
• Plan and implement a biennial statewide preconception health conference.
• Collaborate with team members as a preconception health SME and represent Ready for Life NC.
• Attend relevant national and state March of Dimes meetings.
