Job summary

Duke University's Center for Computational & Digital Health Innovation (CCDHI) seeks a Program Coordinator to manage operations, communications, and program activities, partnering with faculty, researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to advance educational programming and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 1 year of program coordination/administration/operations experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational, administrative, communications, and program activities to support CCDHI's mission
• Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, events, and educational initiatives
• Serve as liaison for faculty, researchers, leadership, partners, and donors
• Support executive leadership with schedules, meeting materials, and follow-up items
• Coordinate newsletters, website updates, social media, and marketing materials
• Assist with budget development, procurement, and expense reporting
• Track milestones and prepare summaries/reports for leadership
