March of Dimes is seeking a Coordinator to implement and manage professional continuing education programs for the Ready for Life NC campaign in North Carolina. The role involves coordinating live webinars, regional trainings, and enduring content modules with external partners, and collaborating as the preconception health SME.

The position requires 2–4 years in health education, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong skills in partnerships and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in health education or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of health education/promotion principles and reproductive/maternal health.
  • Skilled in forging partnerships with diverse communities and organizations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate continuing education programs (webinars, trainings, modules) with external partners.
  • Research and develop program topics; identify expert speakers in North Carolina.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for professional education programs.
  • Support planning of a biennial statewide preconception health conference.
  • Collaborate with team as a subject matter expert and Ready for Life NC representative.
  • Attend appropriate national and state March of Dimes meetings.
