Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Welder for our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling components and sub-assemblies using welding and repairing defective welds, following fixturing and process specifications.

Candidates should have experience in manufacturing, be able to operate GMAW welding, maintain clean workspaces, and rotate between production tasks to meet schedules. The position is full-time, on-site, with safety gear provided and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.
• Set up welding equipment including changing gas.
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and notify supervisor.

Responsibilities

• The Welder assembles components and sub-assemblies by welding or repairing defective welds according to fixturing and process specifications.
• It rotates between production teams as needed to meet schedules and company goals.
• Maintains good housekeeping and follows safety protocols at all times.
