Job summary

Lippert, a leading global manufacturer serving the RV, marine, automotive and related industries, is seeking a Welder to join our Indiana facility. You will work in a fast-paced production environment assembling components and performing welds to exact fixturing standards.

This role requires ability to set up welding equipment, adherence to safety rules, and willingness to rotate across production teams to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace and Plant proper.
• Rotation of position into different production teams as is necessary to meet production schedules and Company goals in general.
• Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas

Responsibilities

• Welds and repairs to join components per fixturing and welding specifications.
• Assemble sub-assemblies and operate welding equipment.
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and report to supervisor or Quality Auditor.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices on the shop floor.
