Job summary

Lippert is seeking an experienced fabricator to build sub-assemblies for chassis using plasma cutting and welding. You will measure, assemble brackets on landing gears, and operate MIG welders and other equipment to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding competency demonstrated in production settings.
• Ability to read measurements and interpret simple blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurement conversions.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sub-assemblies using plasma cutting and welding systems.
• Measure, assemble brackets on landing gears, and weld components.
• Rotate into production welding as needed within the small parts department.
• Keep parts area organized and separate scrap from regular waste.
