Job summary

Lippert is seeking a team-oriented fabricator to assemble sub-assemblies used in chassis, performing plasma cutting, measuring, and MIG welding. You will report to the team leader and contribute to daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and accurate part handling, with opportunities to work with a variety of tools and equipment in a value-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems must be demonstrated.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate sub-assemblies by measuring, plasma cutting, and welding systems to produce sub-assemblies.
• Rotate into production welding as needed.
• Assist in repair work as required.
• Maintain organized parts area and proper labeling of extra parts.
• Ensure scrap metal is separated from regular trash and parts are not left on the floor.
