Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Welder for an on-site, full-time role. You will weld and repair welds, assemble components, and work within fixturing to ensure quality joins. The position emphasizes safety, clean workspaces, and adherence to production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Observance of safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas.
• Identify out-of-conformance and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
• Rotation of position to meet production schedules.
