Job summary

Lippert is a global manufacturer delivering engineered products and solutions for RV, marine and automotive sectors. This Welder role focuses on assembling components using fixturing and welding while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires working with GMAW welding processes, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with teams to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Observance of safety rules and policies.
• Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to set up welding equipment including changing gas.
• Identify out-of-conformance situations and alert supervisor or Quality Auditor.
• Rotation of position into different production teams as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components or sub-assemblies into fixturing and join by welding.
• Repair defective welds as required.
• Operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
