The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to meet production goals, and teamwork within a non temperature-controlled shop environment. Shifts include nights Sunday through Thursday and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for accurate product fit-up.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, align, and weld fabricated metal components for utility poles and structures.
• Interpret blueprints and fit components for welding.
• Perform structural welding following procedures and safety standards.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency to meet production deadlines.
• Operate safety devices and wear PPE as required.
• Prepare components for welding in ready-to-weld condition.
