Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings to determine parts needed for pole assembly.
• 3-5 years of experience fitting in manufacturing or fabrication environments.
• Must pass FCAW, GMAW, and SAW weld tests and maintain certification.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Tack weld small components to shafts using GMAW.
• Perform SAW welds for structural sections as required.
• Read and interpret drawings to locate parts and ensure proper assembly.
• Operate plasma cutting and grinding tools as part of fabrication process.
• Maintain a clean, LEAN-focused work area and ensure quality checks.
