Job summary

Staffing Network is seeking a reliable Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Downingtown, PA to support warehouse and food manufacturing operations. This role combines administrative work, shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehouse support.

Responsibilities include preparing BOLs and invoices, maintaining inventory records, processing shipments, performing inventory counts, scanning documents, and collaborating with Production and Quality teams to ensure accurate records while following GMP,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving.
• Strong computer skills; Excel and Word experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOLs, invoices, and shipping/receiving paperwork
• Enter and maintain accurate inventory records
• Process shipments and receiving documentation
• Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
• Scan and organize documents
• Work with Production and Quality teams to ensure accurate records
• Follow GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and food safety procedures
• Operate pallet jacks/forklifts as needed
