Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bethlehem to support receiving, storing, handling, staging, and distributing raw materials and finished goods. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, timely shipping, and compliance with food safety and quality standards.

The role requires independent work, good time management, and strong attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning forklift operation, material staging, and daily inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (minimum Grade 10 or equivalent).
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders, requisitions, customer specifications, and instructions for moving or distributing items.
• Load, unload, move, convey, and stage materials and products safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment per certification and safety standards.
• Dock, move, and set up trailers for deliveries.
• Sort and store materials according to size, code, and storage requirements.
• Track and record materials; perform daily raw material counts and inventory transactions.
• Monitor inbound/outbound materials for food safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas; assist production when needed.
