Now Hiring: Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Full-Time, On-Site)

Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with experience in shipping and receiving? We're looking for a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods in a warehouse setting.

• Verify and document inbound shipments
• Stock and restock warehouse inventory
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using StarShip (UPS/FedEx)
• Conduct inventory counts and submit purchase orders for packaging supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report inefficiencies or unsafe conditions to management
• Additional responsibilities may include light building maintenance and transportation of packing materials to off-site storage

📋 Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a distribution setting
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and shipping software (StarShip)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds unassisted and stand for long periods
