Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in a fast-paced Minneapolis-area facility to pull orders, stock and maintain stockroom organization, and support inventory controls. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate equipment including RADS guns.

Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts and strict adherence to safety protocols are required. Benefits and competitive starting pay are offered in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience.
• Working knowledge of the stockroom.
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively.
• Stand for entire shift; lift up to 60 pounds.
• Operate and move heavy items using tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders for jobbers and places items into tubs.
• Checks all orders for accuracy and reports discrepancies.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stockroom area.
• Demonstrates ability to perform required duties and training.
• Supports inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
• Works flexible hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Uses RADS gun to locate and move stock as required.
• Adheres to safety and company procedures.
