Job summary

AMS Fulfillment is seeking an Operations Associate I to perform general warehouse functions such as pick/pack and scanning using handheld devices. You will ensure accuracy, follow standard procedures, and assist with inbound/outbound shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends with short notice.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as box cutters.
• Able to lift up to 45lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily assignments including pick & pack and scanning of product.
• Use new technology for Picking.
• Scan verified items using InOrder and HandHeld device.
• Communicate with Operations manager/supervisor and lead when job is completed.
• Perform housekeeping duties at the end of each day per Zone procedures.
• Work in different areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Multi-task and manage several wall stations at once.
• Understand inventory levels and look up inventory in the system.
