ATI is seeking a Small Turning Equipment Operator for a 2nd shift in Wisconsin. Training on 1st shift for 60-90 days, Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm. You will set up and operate production machine tools to machine forgings or stock per customer specs, using a variety of cutting tools and gauges.
The role requires 5+ years turning and setup experience on manual lathes, reading blueprints, and precise measurement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

A Small Turning Equipment Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various types and sizes of production machine tools to machine forgings or stock according to customer requirements and specifications, using a variety of cutting tools. The position requires proficiency in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and gauges to ensure proper setups and machining operations.
