Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Tool and Die Maintenance Mechanic to support production, quality, and continuous improvement goals in our York, PA facility. You will maintain dies and fixtures, develop maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supervisors, perform preventive maintenance, and set up machining processes with GD&T awareness, calipers, micrometers, and precision tooling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience as determined by Hiring Manager.
• Journeyman tool & die maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience; knowledge of GMP and tooling required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dies and fixtures; perform preventive maintenance and repair.
• Develop or improve maintenance program; manage spares and inventory.
• Assist in tooling modifications and fixture creation; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Plan machining setups; read drawings with GD&T and verify with precision measuring tools.
