Dentsply Sirona Inc. in Florida is seeking a Production Mechanic to support operation, maintenance, setup and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment and precision machining.

You will ensure equipment reliability, maintain production output and quality, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to drive uptime and process improvements. Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical maintenance or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience maintaining, adjusting, and troubleshooting automated machinery, ideally Automatrix or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine systems, gears, motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, instructions, and specifications; strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust automated manufacturing equipment including Automatrix and Swiss-type CNC screw machines.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, tooling changes, material loading, and process verification.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance, inspections, and calibration checks; document downtime and actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality to implement corrective actions and improvements.
