Job summary

ARaymond is seeking a Tool & Die Technician to maintain, rework, and fabricate dies and tools for production requirements. You will perform die changeovers and collaborate with multiple departments to meet tooling needs and ensure quality specifications.

The role requires interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and using precision measuring tools to maintain tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve tool and die issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other die support documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing dies and perform die changeovers to support production requirements.
• Fabricate, modify, repair, and refurbish dies, tools, and related equipment to meet production specifications.
• Collaborate with Tool Room, Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to address tooling needs and resolve issues.
• Plan and lay out work using models, blueprints, drawings, and written or verbal specifications.
• Select appropriate materials, tooling, equipment, and processes to efficiently complete tasks.
