Qualifications

• Read blueprints and GD&T to spec
• Operate manual lathes and related equipment safely
• Perform in-process and final inspection with precision tools

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual engine, turret, and large-capacity lathes
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
• Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting fluids for materials
• Machine to close tolerances and document results
• Remanufacture/repair rolls, shafts, cylinders as needed
