Job summary

Alinabal seeks a skilled Tool and Die Maker to support production on the manufacturing floor and in the toolroom. You will translate blueprints into tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, and set up CNC lathes and vertical mills to machine precision components.

You will inspect tooling to ensure safety and quality, trouble-shoot production issues, and document PM activities. Qualified candidates will have strong blueprint reading, hand metrology, and experience with CNC equipment, lathes, mills, and

• Expert blueprint/technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong hand metrology and precision measurement skills.
• Hands-on proficiency with machining equipment including CNC machines, lathes, mills and grinders.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering drawings and work orders into accurate tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment to machine precision components.
• Inspect, test, and qualify tooling to meet safety and quality standards; perform fine adjustments as needed.
